Meet Dr. Pauline Le
At Le Dental Spa, I learned firsthand that dentistry isn’t just about “drill and fill.” It’s about helping people improve their lives—physically, emotionally, and financially.
In 2020, I thought I had it all together. I launched a fee-for-service startup dental practice that hit $1M in its first year... while juggling life, my businesses, and everything else.
On the outside, I looked like success. But behind the scenes, I was crumbling. My assistant quit. My fiancé walked out — in the middle of a patient appointment. My body shut down, and I had to close the practice for two weeks. THAT'S WHEN IT HIT ME: my entire business was held together by me. My team felt it. My patients felt it. And it wasn’t sustainable.
So I started building a comprehensive system. I methodically documented, systematized, and ultimately automated processes so my team could run the practice without me. What began as survival became the foundation of a scalable, profitable business.
THE RESULT? My practice now consistently runs at 40–50% profit margins — 2-3x the industry average. It served as our living laboratory and proof of concept for our coaching, training, and our AI-native software, SOPHIE, demonstrating what's possible when the right systems are implemented.

LeadWell was born from experience—not theory.
After building a thriving dental practice, Dr. Pauline Le saw a deeper problem: dentists were burning out under the weight of operations—and more patients alone couldn’t fix it.
She partnered with Jeremy Vaughan, a SaaS operator and product strategist, to design the solution. Together, they brought in Kristen Davis, a practice coach with a gift for team transformation, and Joe Procopio, a veteran chief technologist and platform builder.
The result: LeadWell—a business operating system built by dentists, operators, coaches, and engineers to help independent practices lead better, scale smarter, and get their lives back.
